Shipping

All orders placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be picked, packed, and shipped in 1-2 business day. All orders to CA and US are shipped using ground services. 

Shipping Exceptions

Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by our shipping provider, orders made with an extraordinary amount of weight, height or sizes may be subject to an additional freight charge. 

Flat rate shipping is only offered to non PO Box Addresses. Any orders that select this offer for PO Box Addresses will have the order refunded and cancelled.

Bubblemail (Free Shipping)

You agree that this untracked form of shipping has no coverage of delivery. This means any order placed with Bubblemail for Free Shipping is not insured. Any order that does not arrive is not covered by TRISTARS TCG.

Due to the pandemic and during certain holidays Bubblemail shipments have been taking 10-20 business days to arrive within North America. Bubblemail is not offered for International shipments. Free Shipping is subject to an increase of $2.50 during Promotion and Sales.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us. Due to high risk of sales certain items are certain items are final sale. This includes all but not limited to all Pokemon™ products.

TRISTARS TCG. will not accept items that have been used, worn, washed or abused. Please use the original packaging that the items were shipped in to return them.
